1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FitBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FitBook is a booking management platform for independent personal trainers. It enables trainers to create a public booking page, manage availability, accept client bookings, and collect payments. FitBook is a software tool — it is not a fitness service and does not employ trainers.

3. Trainer Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a trainer account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful profile information.
  • You are solely responsible for the services you offer to your clients. FitBook is not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from training sessions.
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws regarding the provision of personal training services.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Trainer access to FitBook requires a monthly subscription of €45/month.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Client Bookings

  • Clients book sessions directly with trainers. FitBook facilitates but is not a party to this relationship.
  • Trainers are responsible for confirming, managing, and fulfilling their bookings.
  • Disputes between trainers and clients must be resolved between those parties directly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use FitBook to:

  • Provide false or misleading profile information.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the FitBook platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitBook is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or clients.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FitBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
