• Trainer accounts: name, email address, profile photo, bio, town/city, hourly rate, timezone, and payment information processed via Stripe.
• Client bookings: name, email address, phone number (optional), and session notes provided when booking a session.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the platform, and browser/device information for analytics and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage trainer accounts and booking pages.
• To process subscription payments for trainers via Stripe.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders to trainers and clients via email.
• To improve and maintain the FitBook platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our platform:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — for database and authentication hosting.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Trainer accounts and associated booking data are deleted within 30 days of account closure upon written request. Client booking data is retained for 12 months for record-keeping purposes.
