Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trainer Subscriptions

  • FitBook subscriptions are billed monthly at €45/month.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing portal in your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@fitbook4u.com and we will review your case.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Service outage: If FitBook experienced a significant outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your paid period, you may request a pro-rated credit.
  • New subscriber cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of your very first subscription payment and have not used the platform to accept any bookings, you may request a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation after the 48-hour new subscriber window.
  • Failure to use the platform during an active subscription period.
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Client Session Payments

FitBook facilitates cash and card payments between clients and trainers. Refund policies for individual training sessions are set by each trainer independently. FitBook is not responsible for refunding session fees paid directly to trainers. Any disputes regarding session payments must be resolved between the client and trainer.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your FitBook subscription, email us at billing@fitbook4u.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
